If you would like to add your child to our Waiting List, please download and fill in the above form, and then either:

1. Print and post to C/- University of Sydney, Building C37F NSW 2006 OR
2. Print and bring in to Boundary Lane Children’s Centre OR
3. Scan & email to boundary.lane@sydney.edu.au

Please note: A $10 processing fee applies to all Waiting List applications, which may be paid via cash, cheque or direct debit (bank details are on the bottom of the form).

Should you receive an offer of a place for your child, you then will receive further instructions regarding electronic enrolment.
